HTC breaks into top 20 UK agencies

Commercial Property Consultants Hartnell Taylor Cook has broken into the top 20 commercial agency firms in the UK following the release of the rankings by leading industry publication, Property Week.

HTC is now ranked 18th which shows a significant rise over the past three years. In 2018, HTC was ranked 23rd and in 2017 was 27th. The rankings are based on turnover.

Stuart Howell, HTC’s managing partner responded: “This improvement in ranking is as a result of the implementation of a number of new initiatives, including a re-brand and increased investment in our consultancy teams to diversify our instruction base. We now manage over 1.25 m sq. ft. of office space within the City and substantially more across the UK. We have added both Mechanical and Engineering and Cost Consultancy to our service offer in the last 18 months and a new exciting and dynamic culture is being adopted throughout the business. We look forward to continued growth and a further rise in our ranking.”
