Anthony Martin has joined Hartnell Taylor Cook’s Valuation team, the commercial property consultancy has announced.
Martin joins as an Associate Director working out of the Bristol office, and will report to Louise Georgi, Head of Lease Advisory. In a career spanning 35 years, he has built up a wealth of experience, working with firms including Chesterton, Cluttons, Bruton Knowles, and most recently Cushman & Wakefield.
Georgi said: “I am delighted that Anthony has joined the Professional Services department here at Hartnell Taylor Cook. He will be focusing on valuation work, drawing upon his experience gained across 35 years in London, the south of England and in national UK markets.
“He has a wide breadth of experience gained in undertaking commercial, mixed-use and residential valuations for a variety of purposes, including loan security, balance sheet, fund, planning, viability, sale & acquisition, capital transfers and tax/statutory purposes.
“He will be a most welcome addition to the team, to service existing clients and expand our offer.”
