Our news: HTC instructed to manage Salisbury’s Cross Keys

19 March 2021 – We’re delighted to announce that our team has been instructed to manage Salisbury’s innovative Cross Keys Shopping Centre.

Cross Keys was established over 25 years ago and is a Grade II listed property. The shopping centre lies in the heart of Salisbury and is a multi-use 30,800 sq. ft site, which boasts 24 diverse units across retail, quality casual dining and office space.

Its retailers range from high-street brands, such as T K Maxx and Ryman’s, to independent boutiques like perfume store Scent & Colour and high-end art gallery Gallery 21.

With its Jacobean staircase and proximity to the town’s 750-year-old gothic Cathedral, the centre also has a fascinating story to tell.

Now, with the pandemic significantly disrupting retail and hospitality, we believe that it is regional shopping districts like this that could be one of the best-equipped to attract customers post-lockdown. Consumers will be on the hunt for a holistic shopping experience with personality in a digital, post-lockdown age, and Cross Keys is primed to capitalise on this.

Going forward, Stuart Howell, Richard Saunders and Edward Fenwick-Moore will be managing the shopping centre.

We’re excited to work with Cross Keys and safely welcome shoppers, diners and workers back in the weeks ahead. You can find the shopping centre on Twitter @CrossKeysCentre.
