Our news: our Bristol office is moving house

06 May 2021 – We are delighted to announce that we will be moving our Bristol office to Nightingale House adjacent to the Clifton Downs.

Moving from the current office at Somerset House in Clifton, our new office will span 6,000 sq. ft. across a single floor of Nightingale House, which was developed in 2007 and is now owned by AXA Health. To support our next phase of development, the relocation is currently scheduled for late June.

The move kicks off an exciting chapter for the firm, allowing us to optimise our fully in-house agency service by operating from a modern and flexible workspace as well as supporting our environmental and social objectives.

In line with post-lockdown flexible working practices, the new office will provide top-class meeting facilities and flexible workspaces that offer a more convenient and accessible environment for both employees and visiting clients.

The building also has a BREEAM rating of excellent, including roof mounted PV panels, and brand-new sustainable features.

Located in one of Bristol’s most attractive suburbs, with 200 acres of Clifton Downs on its doorstep, Nightingale House is easily accessible by foot, car, bicycle or public transport and is neighboured by local shops and eateries for our employees and visiting clients to enjoy.

Commenting on the move, Stuart Howell, our Managing Partner, said:

“Moving our Bristol office to Nightingale House signposts an exciting new era for the firm – one of more flexibility, better working environments and a greater focus on sustainability. One of our core principles has long been to keep evolving, so – with the world of work changing so significantly over the past year – we’re aligning our office with the new ways of working that are of most value to our team and clients. In addition, we’re committed to creating a more sustainable future, not just by helping our clients achieve environmental objectives within their portfolios but also by concentrating on the sustainable credentials of our own real estate and believe Nightingale House will enable us to continue on this journey. Exiting lockdown, hopefully for the last time, we’re excited for the firm’s next chapter.”

We look forward to welcoming our Bristol team, clients and partners to our new home in the coming months.
