Our news: Hartnell Taylor Cook appointed by Crown Commercial Service

27th July 2021 – We are delighted to announce that our firm has been appointed as a supplier to multiple workstreams on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Estates Professional Services Framework, RM6128.

The CCS is the UK’s largest public sector procurement organisation, ensuring best value real estate services, and our appointment will allow us to provide cost-efficient advice on commercial property matters across the UK for a wide range of public sector organisations.

Ultimately, it affords us with an opportunity to share our multi-faceted market insight in support of the government – from estate and workplace management to rating, valuation and agency, as well as building surveying and mechanical and electrical services

We are honoured to be one of the firms appointed to provide vital services to the public sector this year.

Jonathan Marwood, Asset Management Partner at Hartnell Taylor Cook, commented:

“Another appointment by the Crown Commercial Service is a real honour. It is a fantastic opportunity to use the depth and breadth of our industry insight and the full range of our company’s service lines to support Government. As the economy continues to bounce back this year, securing both quality and cost-effective services will be vital, and we are excited to be part of this journey.

“As a UK-wide, SME and multi-disciplinary firm, we have on-the-ground insight in a range of regional markets, sectors and workstreams, and our size keeps us agile and able to react to both regional and national trends. We are excited to put this knowledge to use and look forward to getting our teeth stuck into more projects soon to add to the public sector work we are already dealing with.”
