Our commercial Investment team provides clients with expert advice for investors on disposals, acquisitions, fundings and asset management requirements. We ensure clients make informed, confident decisions based on accurate rental and capital values, yields and market analysis all backed-up by our intimate knowledge of the areas in which we operate and close collaboration with our occupational agency and lease advisory teams.

With politics dominating 2019, with a majority government now in situ, we now at least have more clarity on Brexit, and, assuming a negotiated withdrawal deal is confirmed soon, it is anticipated that funds being held back prior to the election will now be  allocated to commercial property and investment volumes will rebound sharply from 2020. We anticipate a busy year!
