Whether you’re a landlord or an occupier, our Lease Advisory team can assist you with all aspects of commercial property landlord and tenant issues.

Alongside the traditional rent review and lease renewal services, we also offer lease restructuring, break options and turnover and rental concessions advice. We cover all types of commercial property including office, industrial and leisure properties and are specialists in the retail market, with particular focus on food stores and flagship fashion outlets.

We work closely with our Agency, Investment and Management colleagues to provide advice that is supported by an extensive database of comparable evidence and sound market knowledge.  Our knowledge of the prevailing regulations, legal procedures and expert negotiating skills means we achieve the best results for clients.

Our Lease Advisory team includes members of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts who are regularly appointed as expert witnesses to resolve rent reviews, lease renewal and other disputes.
