Hartnell Taylor Cook’s Mixed and Alternative Use team provides development consultancy and agency advice across a wide range of land use sectors and through all stages of the development process. We work with a variety of developers, investors, local authorities, family trusts, occupiers and end users throughout the UK providing detailed advice on all aspects of property development. Once a project is initiated we will work closely to guide our clients through the entire development process, from the scheme’s conception during feasibility and implementation stage through to the letting/sale, ensuring that risk is minimised and return on investment maximised.
